Chewy chocolate Berry Delight snack

Ok, here's one of my favourite healthy snacks right now - and incredibly quick and easy to prepare - as in two mins!



Ingredients
Mix together and eat! Try using different proportions of each ingredient to suit your own taste. I personally find the cacao a little bitter which is why I use less of it and more coconut.

  1. Yum! This looks amazing! I love chocolate and coconut together. I tend to avoid cranberries because I find it so hard to find the unsweetened dried kind...someone let me know if you know where to find! But you're right, they are SO good for you. Looks delish!
