I am a Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach specialising in the 'mid-life' breakthrough, (the word crisis doesn't justify this amazing time in our lives). That time in life when we realise that what we've been doing all along may not be what truly works for us as individuals. This is NOT a period to fear or even avoid, (try as you might). Rather something to embrace, a time to correct the mistakes made along the way as we gained the experience that gives us our wisdom. It's called 'mid-life' for a reason - we're only half way through!
