Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp cranberries - a major antioxidant, only beaten in the fruit and veg world by blueberries
- 3 Tbsp goji berries - the most nutritionally dense fruit on earth
- 4 Tbsp sugar free shredded coconut - excellent for immunity; anti fungal, anti viral, anti parasitic, anti bacterial
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao - arguably the most antioxidant rich food in the world
- Splash of maple syrup (optional - adds sweetness and holds it all together perfectly!) - less calories and a higher concentration of minerals than honey!

Yum! This looks amazing! I love chocolate and coconut together. I tend to avoid cranberries because I find it so hard to find the unsweetened dried kind...someone let me know if you know where to find! But you're right, they are SO good for you. Looks delish!
