I am a Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach specialising in the 'mid-life' breakthrough, (the word crisis doesn't justify this amazing time in our lives). That time in life when we realise that what we've been doing all along may not be what truly works for us as individuals. This is NOT a period to fear or even avoid, (try as you might). Rather something to embrace, a time to correct the mistakes made along the way as we gained the experience that gives us our wisdom. It's called 'mid-life' for a reason - we're only half way through! You owe it to yourself to live the second half better - much better...

Drawing on my own myriad experiences, both good and not so good, I do this by challenging you to listen to your inner wisdom, identify your true values and transform your goals into action. My success revolves around taking small sustainable steps to achieve big and permanent results.
